The Rosenstube is a country style restaurant in Rosenburg, in the Waldviertel - the forest region of Lower Austria - for everyone who wishes to spend some time in a friendly atmosphere. We offer a selection of local, Hungarian and international food as well as the Bavarian Oktoberfest Hacker-Pschorr draft beer.
Since 1870 Rosenburg 13 has been the address of a Gasthaus. The "Steidl", "Tauchner" and "Hutecek" were the predecessors of our restaurant, and had always been a meeting point where anyone could find refreshment. The Rosenstube, opened in 2016, follows the tradition by offering tasty food and a variety of drinks for the local population and tourists.
The popular Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest beer, shipped directly from Munich, has been since 1972 in the focus of our beer range, so 2017 was the 45 anniversary year of Hacker-Pschorr, in Rosenburg.
Visitors to the famous Schloss Rosenburg, the Historical falconry, a UNESCO World Heritage site, or to the Theme Park Rosenburg, as well as cyclists and walkers, who want to explore the picturesque valley of the Kamp river can always make a stop at our Rosenstube for a meal and a drink.
Our immediate neighborhood offers even more adventures for visitors looking for something regional and something else.
